Ms. Cashman is an experienced commercial lease auditor and property/asset manager with a solid record of significant accomplishments with several national corporations.

Her experience includes commercial property management of shopping centers, hands-on experience in lease and contract negotiations, maintenance and lease administration.

Ms. Cashman prides herself with excellent service for her clients and surpassing client expectations.

Her communication, negotiation, research and problem-solving skills enable her to achieve maximum results wherein she has recovered over $11 million on behalf of her clients.
